The actual site itself is a large parking lot. The sites are level, they have a nice picnic table outside, Wifi/cable accessable, the staff people are very friendly and helpful. There are no frills about this rv resort, but the shuttle service to Disneyland was very convient and pick up/drop offs about every hour or so. It beats dealing with the parking lot at Disneyland! They also have tickets at a discounted prices. The only downfall is that it is accross the street from a school, and there are no convenient places to eat, buy groceries or walk to. We had a good experience there and served the purpose that we needed. We would stay there again when we go back to Disneyland.
